Paul brings twenty-five years of senior leadership experience, having spent the past seventeen years working with regional banks, credit unions and digital banks across Asia Pacific. Before moving into financial services, he spent several years in the United States where he led the delivery of large-scale business initiatives in human resource consulting and health care spanning North America and Europe.

Paul’s current roles include Chief Executive Officer at Digital Resilience, Non-Executive Director at Credit Union SA, Non-Executive Director at Data Action, Chair of the Advisory Board at Affiniti Solutions, member of the Advisory Board at Buzz-ER and member of the Australian Government’s Digital Advisory Panel for Small Business.

Paul possess a unique blend of strategic and business planning skills, coupled with an extensive background in mergers and acquisitions, regulatory compliance, digital technology, core systems integration and consolidation, IT outsourcing, cyber security and operational risk management.

Paul is a regular speaker at the South Australian Business Chamber, Committee for Economic Development Australia, CEO Institute and the Australian Governments Digital Champions Project and invests time supporting the local fintech community.
