Can you cope with what life and work throws at you?

Wellbeing is the capacity for leading a flourishing life – in our workplace, as individuals, families and in our communities. A new TAFE course subsidised by the government’s Regional Communities funding programs is aimed at helping our country counterparts to learn more about wellbeing and resilience.

TAFE SA’s new Wellbeing and Resilience course is being offered to residents in Mannum, Mount Barker, Yankalilla and Booleroo Centre in May and June.

The courses are aimed at a diverse cross-section of the community, including regional business leaders, local government employees, educators, community workers and parents. The workshops are heavily funded as a part of the Governments Small Regional Communities & Regional Communities funding program.

The two-day training course includes three units and is being offered for just $60 per person, and is capped at 25 people per course.
