About The Event

Workplace stress is recognised as a major challenge for business and leaders and the impact it has on staff health, safety and wellbeing is significant. The human and financial cost to businesses and staff can be substantial.  This session is specifically designed for small to medium businesses to provide information about recognising, preventing and managing risk factors related to stress in the workplace.
Attending this session will assist you in proactively identifying workplace stress, providing early assistance and support to staff, to help improve their wellbeing and to remain at work.
