Premium Membership Coordinator

Full Time 

The role of Premium Membership Coordinator is to support Business SA’s 1839 members with information, events, connections and associated administrative functions. This role within the Business SA organisation works closely with a select cohort of influential individuals, the Business SA CEO, Executive Directors (EDs), Operations Managers (OMs), Chair and Board of Directors and other stakeholders.

Program Coordinator

Bring your flair and passion to support the various programs and events within our Entrepreneur Eco System of Business SA. 
 

Our role is challenging, rewarding and diverse. The role requires strong administrative and organisational skills along with above and beyond communication. The keys to success in this fast-paced role will be the ability to have fun and build strong connections with the Entrepreneurs within our programs. 
 

Reporting directly to the Manager Entrepreneur Programs this role is responsible for ensuring a superior experience for program participants. The role will provide administration support; including processing of invoices, updating social media accounts and entering data into a CRM; coordination of key program activities and reporting on government funded projects. There is a strong focus on communication with participants, facilitators and mentors to coordinate workshops and events.

Trainee Accountant

12 month contract

This role will initially be responsible for many of the day-to-day finance, accounting and administrative functions including:

  • Raising, collecting and monitoring Accounts Receivable transactions
  • Processing accounts payable transactions
  • Processing bank transactions and assisting with reconciliation of all bank accounts
  • Maintaining the general ledger, including journal postings and reconciliation of balance sheet accounts
  • Assist in the production of reports to support decision makers

We will invest and support you in your further studies in accountancy. The position has been created to develop into a Management Accountant position over two to three years so you will gradually increase your skills and be exposed to BAS preparation, budgets and forecasting, preparing management and board reporting.
