Senior Training Coordinator

An exciting opportunity is available for a Senior Training Coordinator, reporting to the Training Manager.  This role will be responsible for the management of training enquiries and bookings, feedback, training logistics, venue coordination and logistics,  travel and accommodation arrangements and maintaining/updating learning resources and financial monitoring.  Outstanding administration and above and beyond communication and the ability to engage with people at all levels in this fast-paced role will set you apart. A focus on generating leads and upselling to clients is a key focus to ensure success in this Senior Training Coordinator role. You will be able to demonstrate your strong customer service skills with the ability to develop and maintain positive client relationships and ensure the delivery of a consistent, efficient and high-quality service. You will possess an eye for detail and a can-do attitude.

Program Coordinator

An exciting opportunity is available for a Training Coordinator, reporting to the Manager, Entrepreneur Programs. This role will provide administrative and coordinator support to ensure a superior experience for program participants. The role will provide administration support; including processing of invoices, updating social media accounts and entering data into a CRM; coordination of key program activities and reporting on government funded projects. There is a strong focus on communication with participants, facilitators and mentors to coordinate workshops and events. You will possess amazing organisational skills along with above and beyond communication skills in this fast-paced role.  You will have a strong work ethic, can-do attitude, and a flexible work approach as after-hours work to support delivery of workshops and events.

Workplace Relations Adviser

An exciting opportunity is available for a talented and passionate Workplace Relations Adviser to join our Business Advisory Services team reporting to the General Manger, Business Advisory. This role is responsible for technical oversight of Business SA’s range of Publications; working with external contracted legal and financial providers to incorporate topical technical updates and drafting communication updates to subscribers. You will be a self-starter who will work with management to develop important resources that provide advice and information to keep businesses informed of current workplace issues and legislative requirements. 

You will have a solid understanding of the Fair Work Act (the Act) as this role will require you to provide telephone based advice to Business SA members and steer them through a range of issues including performance management and disciplinary matters, dismissals, redundancies, discrimination, bullying and harassment and many others.
