Rebecca Weatherill was a member of the 2020 Encore cohort and is the founder of Workplace Wellbeing SA, one of South Australia’s leading specialists helping organisations to support employee mental health and wellbeing.

Despite challenging conditions in 2020/21, Rebecca has been able to establish and grow her business working with peak industry bodies, local councils and award-winning family businesses.

She has presented at conferences for the South Australian Financial Counsellors Association, South Australian Wine Industry Association and at seven regional summits for the South Australian Business Chamber.
