Do you have a business concept that you want to turn into a reality? Or maybe you need some support to help create a sustainable business model for your newly established business?

If you are looking at turning your business idea into a reality the South Australian Business Chamber’s Entrepreneur Programs can support you with this. Our Programs enable entrepreneurs of all ages to attend monthly content-specific workshops delivered by industry experts to help develop a comprehensive business plan and a sustainable business model.

The Program also provides participants with their own dedicated mentor who will work closely with participants and guide you through the program with monthly one-to-one mentoring sessions.

By participating in mentoring sessions and workshops, participants gain an understanding of business fundamentals. At Program completion, participants will leave armed with a comprehensive, fully formed business plan, ready to successfully launch or establish their business.

If you are a established small business and looking to take your business and knowledge to the next level, our Business Fundamentals Program is perfect for you. This 6‑month program will give you the knowledge and tools to plan and grow your business successfully.

This program is held at the South Australian Business Chamber, Unley, and delivered through six interactive workshops, three of which will be delivered as a full-day in-person session, and three delivered online as half-day workshops. The commitment that is asked for all of the participants is 3 full-days and 3 half-days over a 6 month period.

The program is intentionally designed to build confidence, skills and knowledge on strategic areas of growth within business. The workshops will be interactive and will include best-practice instruction, individual and group activities, and examination of practical case studies. Participants will have pre-course reading, and will be provided with templates, resources and tools that they can use within their business.

The Program is worth $3,000 and heavily subsidised by the State Government. Applicants for the Program are required to pay $500.00 plus GST. To find out more or apply for our next February 2024 intake register here.

The Business Fundamentals Program is an initiative of the Government of South Australia’s Office for Small and Family Business and the South Australian Small Business Strategy 2023 – 2030.
