The Asphalt Industry Award 2020 applies to employers throughout Australia in the asphalt industry and their employees in the listed classifications, to the exclusion of any other Modern Award.
“Asphalt industry” means roadmaking and the manufacture or preparation, applying, laying or fixing bitumen emulsion, asphalt emulsion, bitumen or asphalt preparations, hot pre-mixed asphalt, cold paved asphalt and mastic asphalt.
