The Local Government Employees Award is binding on the industry of the occupations of all persons excepting any clerical employees and other non manual workers engaged by any municipal corporation or any corporation or district council in the State of South Australia and the occupations of all persons except clerical employees and other non manual workers engaged in work carried out for or on behalf of such municipal corporations and district councils whether as employers or employees.
