The Racing Industry Ground Maintenance Award 2020 applies to employers throughout Australia in the thoroughbred, harness, trotting and greyhound racing industries and their employees to the exclusion of any other Modern Award.
“Maintenance” means the construction, ornamentation, presentation, formation, maintenance or keeping in order of grounds or enclosures used in conducting the racing industry; and the laying out, planting, construction, cultivation, maintenance, keeping in order or removal of gardens (including ornamental features) and/or lawns and/or trees.
